How do we ship?
We generally send shipments by UPS.
If the volume is too big we use a special carrier.
Delivery time
Your order will be taken care of as soon as possible aftr we recieved it. If a product is in stock we typically ship with 3-5 working days.
If a product is not in stock it will immediately be ordered or manufactured. The typical delivery time for products not in stock is 7-14 days.
We are still trying to improve our logistics in order to better serve you and cut down delivery times.
Shipping costs
The shipping costs depend on the value and weight of your order. Insurance is also included. Whenever you out a product in your cart the shipping cost is automatically calclated and updated.
Important notice
Despite all diligence it may happen that the parcel is damaged when you receive it. If the product is damaged you will get a new one free of charge.
Please procced as follows:
Check for damages on the parcel immediately and claim it to the carrier. Afterwards, inform DK Direct about the damages. If you whish to send back the goods, please inform us in advance by emial, Fax of telephone.
